Search and Recruiting Process

Before you choose a recruiting firm, you should be comfortable with its search and selection process. If your recruiting firm relies exclusively on the internet, why pay them a fee when you can post it yourself for much less money?!

When we take a search for a client company, we talk to people in the industry doing similar functions. Of those, half may be qualified, and of those, half may be interested in your opportunity. We screen them down to the top three to four candidates who:

  • Meet the technical specs
  • Are interested in the opportunity
  • Are motivated to make a change for the right reasons
  • Fit the personality profile you are looking for
  • Are willing to commute or relocate to your location
  • Fit the salary range

We then present those candidates to you, matching point by point how their skills and interests fit the profile you desire.
