Why We Are Different
- We know the Collection Industry better than any other Search Firm. We are "EXCLUSIVE" to the Collection Industry. We have been for over a decade.
- We don't pluck low hanging fruit from our own job board. We don't charge you for doing it, either.
- Employers: We don't actively recruit your Employees if you are an active client of ours. Example: We don't place a manager with you while we recruit a manager from you. How much sense does that make? Many other firms do not exercise this discretion.
- Candidates: We will not "blast" or "spam" your resume all over the industry. We will protect your current employment and your confidentiality.
