Jim Finocchiaro
President
Jim has been in and around the Collections and Receivable Management environment since 1982. He enjoyed a 15-year career with a leader in the industry where he had responsibilities in sales, operations, and management disciplines. During this tenure, he was awarded numerous regional and national awards including the prestigious "Presidential Citation for Performance".
Jim heads up the Collection and Receivable Management Division and specializes in the placement of key employees for agencies, debt buyers and collection law firms on a national and international basis. Jim has won the Pacesetter Award For Performance every full year he has been in the search and recruiting business - all focusing exclusively in the Collection Industry. Jim attended the University of Nebraska where he majored in Statistics and played Division I Baseball. He also was a member of the men's Fast Pitch National Championship Team in 1992. He is married, has six children and enjoys travel, sports, independent films and the rare occurrence of his children going to bed on time, or going to bed at all.
