"Now it's back to stability. Candidates want stability, opportunity, and growth. If the company is stable and the opportunity is there, and I do a superior job, can I grow there? That's what they want to know."
…"To hook them in, talk about that when you're in collections, you are righting a wrong, and a wronged party gets compensated. That is a plus for some people," says Finocchiaro. "Emphasize that you're helping the underdog, like helping single moms get child support. You can tap into a little bit of idealism."
